We Make It Easy
We want your first visit to be the best experience possible. Below, we have put the three important steps to prepare for your appointment. You can also find details about insurance and financing..
We provide a clinical and radiographic evaluation prior to delivering any treatment to determine the necessity and the scope. If you are coming in hoping to have treatment completed the same day, please let our office know. We will try to build in time to move forward in the same visit. Most treatment procedures are completed in one visit, though, occasionally, a second visit may be needed depending on the status of your tooth. When we evaluate the tooth, we will let you know the estimated number of visits so that you may plan accordingly.
When you call to set up your appointment, we will ask for your email address so that we can send you paperwork and save you time when you arrive. If you have a paper referral from your dentist, be sure to bring it with you as well!
Dental Insurance
For your convenience, we are in-network with Delta Dental Insurance Company. For many insurances, we are out of network, but we will still file your claim for you. Insurances do only cover a portion of the procedure costs. The percentage for endodontic treatment can range from 0-100% depending on your specific coverage. We are also a provider with Community Care that works with the Veteran’s Administration.
Payment Information
No treatment will be provided until we have informed you of your estimated out-of-pocket expense, and you have agreed to proceed. Please keep in mind that our calculations are estimates based off of the insurance information that you give to us. Occasionally, an insurance company will pay slightly higher or lower than anticipated, and in that case we will send a bill or refund depending on the circumstance. All payments are required at the time of your appointment.
Financing Available
If you are need of financing, we accept Care Credit. You can apply online at carecredit.com.
